Order Processing

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1 PM (AEST) will be packed and dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning.

Shipping Options

• Worldwide Shipping: We offer shipping to locations around the globe.

Australia

• Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for orders under $100.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100.
• Express Shipping: $20 flat rate.

International Shipping (excluding New Zealand)

• Standard Shipping: $20 AUD flat rate.
• Express Shipping: Not available for international orders.

Local Pickup

• Free Local Pickup: Available at our store. Select "Pickup" at checkout, and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Responsibility
